[Steve Jobs] was annoyed at having to defend Macintosh from industry 
pundits' criticism that it was not compatible with software that ran on 
IBM's Disk Operating System. In retrospect, this complaint seems 
ludicrous, like criticizing tractors because they do not require Oxen.
